I had kept my eyes on this 12-inch pan as it is recommended by America’s Test Kitchen. Being heated very evenly and cleaning is very easy if you use “Bar Keeper’s Friend”. Compared with similar SS fry-pans from Calphalon, this pan is lighter and easier to manuver for me.
The same fry pan WITHOUT a lid usually costs more than $100. So, the price, $89.95 WITH a lid, was a good deal to jump on to for me.
