This sifter is extremely simple to use. No mess; it’s easy to manage any size sifting job: just control the side-to-side motion and there is no trouble using virtually any mixing bowl. You can really shake it like crazy, or use the opposite hand to support and softly “roll” it. Shake more vigorously for speed and large quantity, short shaking strokes for smaller bowls and less ingredients…so simple, and couldn’t be more versatile!
